Firstly, they can only be ranked up with their own cells or with mythic amber. Original era mythic monsters, however, are different. The amount of food required increases by 10% every time the monster levels up. Additionally, a ranked up monster requires more food to level up than regular monsters. However, upon reaching rank 5, it is able to level up an additional 10 levels. The amount of cells required depends on the rank.Įach time a monster ranks up, it is able to level up an additional 5 levels. However, Warmasters, Forsaken (and Lord Pumpseed), and mythic monsters may only be ranked up with their own cells (or mythic amber, stardust, lutum, or nebula). Ranking up a monster requires cells of that monster, elemental cells, or elementium. Ranking Up monsters allows them to level up beyond their default maximum level and greatly increase their stats.
